01. Go to Start -> run
02. Run the command --> cmd
03. Go to C:\Program Files\ Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ web server extensions\12\bin
04. Run the command stsadm.exe -o execadmsvcjobs
05. Run the command stsadm.exe -o delete solution -name WSPFilelocation\wspfilename.wsp
The solution will be deleted Succesfully.
Solution Cannot be removed when a job is scheduled or running. The removal of solution is failed.
